Delete your account
You can also delete your account from inside the Rydofleet app (Profile → Delete Account). Use this form if you no longer have access to your device or prefer to submit your request from the web.
What will be deleted
- Your name, email, phone number, and password
- Saved pickup and drop-off addresses
- Push-notification tokens linked to your account
- Personal identifiers attached to your trip history
What we keep
Anonymised trip records (without your personal identifiers) are retained for accounting, tax, and legal compliance. Crash logs and aggregated analytics that do not identify you may also be retained.
